High-Spec Backyard Transformation in Herne Bay

This Herne Bay backyard came with the constraint that shapes most Central Auckland builds: tight access. Plant and materials had to be planned onto the site before a single cut was made, and the pool excavation had to come out to profile first time. The layout was reworked so the space earns its keep — an old trampoline came out, and in its place went a premium fibreglass plunge pool, low-maintenance by design, edged in concrete copings and enclosed with an aluminium balustrade. Extensive engineered retaining holds the new levels that make the entertainment area possible at all, and synthetic turf finishes it in a crisp green that lasts year round. Engineering and council consents were handled in-house, start to finish.
