The crew on your property for the whole job
We build decks, pool surrounds, driveways, fencing and retaining across Auckland, on jobs that usually run four to eight weeks. That is a long time to have a crew in your garden, so who they are matters as much as what they build. These are the four people who do the work.
Who you'll meet on site
Kevin Franc
Owner · Operations Manager
Kevin runs every job from quote to handover and is your contact throughout. A former site manager at Humphreys Landscaping, he appoints and coordinates the specialists a job needs and holds the programme together.
Hunter Chrisp
Creative Director · Landscaper
Hunter draws the 3D designs that let you see a job before it's built, and films and edits the project videos. Four years into landscape construction, he's on the tools when he isn't designing.
Richie Knaap
Senior Landscaper · Builder
Richie is an experienced builder and landscaper whose work runs from high-end renovations to fencing and retaining, which is the structural end of most jobs we take on.
Callum Pavich
Landscaper
Callum studies law at the University of Auckland and works on site around his studies. He does the heavy lifting that keeps a job moving.
What we build
One team, one programme
Decks in Kwila, Vitex, Macrocarpa and treated pine. Pool surrounds in porcelain and precast pavers. Exposed aggregate driveways, fencing, balustrades and retaining. When a job needs glass or aluminium pool fencing, consented drainage, tiling or engineering, we appoint, brief and coordinate the specialists, and they certify their own work. You deal with one person the whole way through.
Where we work
Auckland-wide
Based in Browns Bay, we build right across Auckland, from Torbay and Herne Bay to Titirangi and Glendowie. Every site is different. In Herne Bay the only way in was a gap under 850 mm, so the pool went over the house by Hiab. In Titirangi the deck sits 2 m above a steep bush slope, reached only through the garage. How we run a site
Weeks on your property
A four-to-eight-week build means we're part of your household for a while, so how we behave matters. We carry public liability and contract works insurance, and we keep the site clean while we're there. Clients who've had us on site that long write about the same things: we turned up on time, kept them informed, and looked after the property. The reviews are below.

Why the work costs what it does
What the price pays for
A premium outdoor build is rarely one shape on an empty site. It's a curved deck that has to meet existing pool copings at a perfect parallel. It's an excavation run through tight access beside a house that has to be protected. It's a patio that can't fall away from the pool, so a hidden drain channel keeps it dry anyway.
The price pays for premium materials, the right tools, clear communication, and a team that has done this before and knows where it goes wrong.
