What follows is a 30-second tour set to uplifting music, showcasing an Outback stainless steel plunge pool sitting proud of a stunning half-moon Kwila deck, enclosed with a frameless glass balustrade and finished with custom aluminium panels and paving. The pool itself sits buried around a metre into volcanic ground, seated on a reinforced 25 MPa concrete slab — the kind of structural groundwork that is easy to miss on camera but is exactly where Franc's management of the consent programme earns its keep. The overall feel is premium, considered, and built to last well beyond handover.
